You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service integrity, or use Filmgenic in connection with unlawful, infringing, abusive, or deceptive conduct.

You retain responsibility for the content you upload to Filmgenic, including audio, images, prompts, and any other project inputs. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content with the service.

As between you and Filmgenic, you are intended to retain your rights in your submitted content and generated outputs, subject to any rights necessary for Filmgenic and its service providers to host, process, store, transmit, review, and deliver the service.

Certain Filmgenic features may depend on subscription plans, usage limits, enterprise arrangements, or future billing terms. Pricing, entitlements, and plan details may be presented separately on the site or in a customer agreement.

Filmgenic may modify, improve, limit, or discontinue features over time. We aim to operate a reliable service, but availability, generation speed, model availability, and output quality may vary.

AI-generated content is probabilistic by nature. Filmgenic does not guarantee that outputs will always be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every intended purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication, distribution, or downstream use, especially where timing, rights, claims, or brand-sensitive content matters.

You may stop using Filmgenic at any time. Filmgenic may suspend or terminate access where necessary to enforce these terms, protect the platform, comply with law, or address harmful use.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including content rights needed for completed operations, payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will continue as applicable.

Filmgenic is provided on an as-available and as-is basis, except as may otherwise be stated in a separate written agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Filmgenic disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Filmgenic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the use of the service.
